The Dale Carnegie Course is inspired by the book “How to Win Friends and Influence People” written by Dale Carnegie. A best seller, it has shaped the mindset and behavior of leaders, entrepreneurs, and successful professionals all over the world.
Why does this course actually work when so many trainings fail?
The Dale Carnegie Course encourages participants to actively and intentionally apply what they learn in class over a 12-week period. Accountability is ensured as participants have to report on the commitments they made in class to their peers.
Through the process of practising, applying, reflecting, and repeating knowledge and skills taught in class, new behaviors become habits that stick.
Additionally, course facilitators will conduct regular check-ins outside of classes to help participants reach their goals. The learning becomes permanent as a result.
How is this course delivered?

How is this course delivered?
Participants are constantly challenged by two trainers to prepare and deliver bite-sized presentations that are filmed. Using the video footages, live feedback will be given immediately upon the conclusion of every presentation. The trainers will constantly coach participants to enhance their next presentations during the 2-day program. The videos will be shared with the participants after the workshop.
