Success Strategy’s Managing Change and Leading a Team, a WSQ funded program. A course designed to begin with the understanding of change management, the risks involved, and how to develop and execute a change management plan.

It will then cover how to communicate and manage people during change.

Eventually, learners would learn how to evaluate the processes and outcomes, and how to identify areas of growth and changes to build a resilient organisation.
