  • Develop greater self-awareness. You will engage in reflective exercises and assessments designed to help you better understand your personal leadership style, core values, strengths, and areas for growth. By developing greater self-awareness, you will be able to lead with authenticity, make more intentional decisions, and respond to challenges with emotional intelligence and clarity.
  • Display and communicate key leadership traits. You will learn how to identify and embody essential leadership traits such as integrity, accountability, empathy, and vision. The course will guide you in practicing how to communicate these traits consistently through both verbal and non-verbal actions, allowing you to inspire trust, motivate teams, and build your leadership presence within any organizational setting.
  • Use authority and influence appropriately. Through real-world scenarios you will explore how to effectively use both formal authority and informal influence to lead and guide others.
